These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jlbets ("jlbets," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the jlbets website, platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jlbets Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. jlbets reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jlbets may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of jlbets services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on jlbets. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jlbets implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your account is fully activated, before processing withdrawals, or at any other time jlbets deems necessary.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• jlbets will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must notify jlbets immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jlbets reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

jlbets supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jlbets account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jlbets does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• jlbets reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any withdrawal request.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• jlbets reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.

jlbets offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and specialty games may have different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: jlbets actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between players. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

jlbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect their existing bonus balance.

All games available on the jlbets Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Bet Acceptance: jlbets reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed after an event has commenced, or after the relevant market has been closed, will be voided and the stake returned.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jlbets reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout caused by a technical fault are not valid and will not be honored.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• jlbets uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game provider.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and competition as published on the jlbets Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbets Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jlbets Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlbets staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlbets Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jlbets Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the jlbets brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any jlbets content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jlbets intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jlbets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jlbets' reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

jlbets' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbets account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlbets' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jlbets collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the jlbets Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jlbets Privacy Policy.

jlbets will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the jlbets service.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by jlbets, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact jlbets support.

jlbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your jlbets account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

jlbets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlbets will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jlbets Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jlbets, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. jlbets is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
